The
ABICOR Binzel® TMS-PI Anti-Spatter Injector is essential to front
end welding torch maintenance, providing an adjustable, measured amount
of anti-spatter fluid with the torch airblast. All ABICOR Binzel robotic
torches are equipped with airblast capability. For maximum spatter
removal, the Airblast Anti-Spatter can be used in conjunction with
the ABICOR Binzel TCS-6 Cleaning Station. |

Attach
aluminum mounting bracket to a suitable location |

Attach
Anti-Spatter unit with 2 mounting screws supplied |
|
3. |
Connect
non-lubricated main air to air supply inlet 1/4" barb.
Air pressure to be min. 60 PSI and max. 120 PSI |

connect
solenoid valve wires to 24VDC or 110VAC robot output or PLC
output |
|
5. |
Fill
reservoir with suitable Anti-Spatter fluid. If unit has run
dry - or to prime - open drain plug to allow liquid to run freely
and bleed air from the unit. Unit is primed from the factory
and normally will prime after filling the reservoir. |

Connect
outer hose to welding torch connection. Inner hose may lie freely
and extend into the torch side hose. |
