Binzel's TCS-6 Reamer Cleaning Station provides automatic spatter
removal and effective cleaning for robotic MIG torches. The TCS-6
clamps the torch nozzle firmly in place while the air motor drives
a precision-machined tool-steel reamer to cut away spatter from the
nozzle, tip and gas ports. Frequent spatter removal between welds
prevents porosity, restriction of the gas flow and short circuits
between the inner torch and the gas nozzle, all of which result in
robot downtime. The TCS-6 Reamer Cleaning Station minimizes manual
intervention and reduces torch damage, giving consistent weld quality
and longer consumable life. |
