ABICOR Binzel's VTS, Variable torch System, provides welding torches for robotic arc-welding that allows fast change-out of all normal wear components, including swannecks and complete cable assemblies - with the required degree of repeatability.

The modular design and interchangeability of both gas and water-cooled VTS components make for an adaptable, cost-effective and maintenance-friendly system, quickly and easily configured for all but the most specialized robotic welding applications.

VTS modular elements allow different TCP possibilities. The interchangeable swannecks are available straight or with 20, 35 or 45 degree bends. Modular cable assemblies are available in lengths from 3 ft. to 10 ft. All changeable parts have pin locators and can be twist-locked into place by hand within seconds. Both gas and water-cooled models use standard ABICOR Binzel consumables. The VTS system slashes robot cell downtime and enables regular preventive maintentance, collision recovery or other problems to be handled quickly and efficiently.
